I am a Japanese. I predict earthquakes. I find symbols of disasters on TV. I research these by my clairvoyance . I know the disaster. It is the Image Prediction. It of a earthquake is a cliff, a planet and a desert. The disaster occur after 31 days when the symbol appear on TV. I succeed this 1-2 times in a year. My predictions will be revised as new technology is developed.

On the October 13 broadcast of the anime One Piece, "Spider webs and a destroyed town" were shown. The spider web is a sign of Tokyo. A destroyed town indicates an earthquake. Looking through the spider web, the Imperial Palace and November 14th were visible. 31 days after October 13 is November 13. The error is +3 days. The period is November 13-16.

Summary
The earthquake will shake at night. The epicenter is east of Ikebukuro. The most shaking area is Honkomagome, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. The seismic intensity is a strong 6 in Tokyo. In Chiba and Saitama weak 5-6. Few buildings collapse. Large fires break out around Tokyo. Tall buildings burn. Trains derail. Many hoses collapse near Kandabashi and in Bunkyo Ward. 24,000 people is killed. Tokyo suffer a major blow. The Nagano earthquake occur the next day.

Collapsing building is south east from Otsuka JR station. The piers of the Metropolitan Expressway tilt at the Kanda River north of the Imperial Palace, and at "Mukai-171" at 3-43-8 Nihonbashi-Hamacho Chuo-ku, and Odaiba. Liquefaction occur only in the northern part of Tokyo Bay, which is 1/2 of the 311. The subway station at Odaiba and the Aquamarine road across Tokyo Bay is flooded.

An aquarium was shown on the anime Wonderful Precure broadcast on October 13. It was a kind of shark sign, a symbol of Hukushima. Looking through it, I saw the Hukushima nuclear power plant and November 13. 31 days after October 13 is November 13. The error is +3 days. The period is November 13-16.
