On the Sep 28 broadcast of Kureyon Sinchan, there was a picture of "Ainu Costume" It is a symbol of Hokkaido. When I looked through it, I saw Iburi,Hokkaido and Oct 30. 31 days after Sep 28 is Oct 29. The error is +3 days. The period is Oct 29-31.
